Clean Mile Careers

Clean Mile Careers is a training program that prioritizes environmental sustainability alongside career education.  

Focusing on both traditional Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training and Electric Vehicle Commercial Drivers License (EVCDL) training, It's designed to train and prepare participants for trucking careers using resources that support a green economy.

This focus on green jobs ensures that graduates are equipped for roles that contribute to environmental stability while tapping into a rapidly growing market.

HomeWorks Training Program

HomeWorks is EOBA’s construction training program in partnership with WBLM Real Estate Services. Youth learn light construction skills and the steps required to make homes market ready. Participants gain hands on experience in tasks such as basic repairs, painting, property cleanup, and preparing units for move in. HomeWorks gives youth real job skills, real worksite experience, and a direct pathway into the construction and property management fields.

JANUARY 2026

Body Shop Academy

Body Shop Academy by B&M Auto Collision provides hands-on auto body and collision repair training. Combined with financial literacy and workforce readiness, this program prepares participants for careers in a high-demand trade.

Integrated within the program are eco-conscious practices to adhere to our environmental responsibilities while building sustainable career pathways.

Drive Forward Academy

Drive Forward Academy is an 8-week auto mechanic training program designed for youth 16+ and adults on probation, parole, in reentry or that are justice impacted. Participants are instructed through the process of collision repair under licensed mechanics, earning them practical skills and career pathways in the automotive repair industry.

Classroom instruction is held at EOBA and hands-on training is conducted by Angeles Auto Repair & Collision Center.
