This May,
join the East Oakland Boxing Association (EOBA) for a powerful community luncheon celebrating the 2026 Stanley Garcia Community Service Awards. We’ll honor leaders who show up for East Oakland with equity, generosity, and purpose—and we’ll raise critical funds to sustain EOBA’s youth and education-centered programming.
Empowering Oakland youth through wellness, academics, and community
Using boxing as a model of discipline, courage, and perseverance
Serving all Oakland youth from ages 5-20
Our programs are designed for two age groups:
Ages 5-13: After-School Program and Summer Camp
Ages 14-20: Internship, mentoring, boxing (with 4 volunteer hours per month required for boxing)
