EOBA was proud to bring Oakland Tech Week 2026 to Deep East Oakland on Sunday, September 27.

The event brought together community leaders, technology professionals, and eight youth panelists from the Rise East 40x40 Youth Advisory Council to discuss technology, access, and the future of their community.

The youth shared their experiences helping build the Rise East 40x40 Youth Navigation and Exposure App, including its focus on accessibility, opportunities, mental health awareness, college and career support, and resources for young people.
