The Holiday Meal Distribution will take place in phases to ensure a smooth pickup process for everyone.
** Registered participants will be guaranteed a meal package if they arrive during their scheduled time slot **
Pick-up Schedule - Saturday, November 22 at EOBA 816 - 98th Avenue (Enter at Pippin Street)
9:30 am to 10:30 am: Pregnant, 65 and older, and mobility impaired participants with Last Names beginning with A to M
10:30 am to 11:30 am: Pregnant, 65 and older, and mobility impaired participants with Last Names beginning with N to Z
11:30 am to 12:30 pm: Last names beginning with A, B, C, D
12:30 pm to 1:30 pm: Last names beginning with E, F, G, H, I, J, K
1:30 pm to 2:30 pm: Last names beginning with L, M, N, O, P, Q
2:30 pm to 3:30 pm: Last names beginning with R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z
3:30 pm: Non-registered guests and those who have missed their time slot (if there are meals available)
Important reminders:
Please note your pick-up time and arrive only during this time slot - no need to arrive early.
Signs will guide you to your pick-up section
Failure to arrive during your assigned time slot may result in forfeiture of your meal package
Non-registered guests will be considered walk-ins and served based on availability of meal packages.
